Shared Human Wisdom
Why this section exists.
Across cultures and centuries, people have searched for ways to live with suffering
without becoming hardened, ashamed, or cruel.
Different traditions used different words, prayers, and practices.
Yet many discovered a similar movement of the heart:
suffering must be noticed, allowed to belong, and met with care.
Integrity note:
This section does not teach belief or doctrine.
It simply reflects shared human patterns of meeting suffering with honesty and love.
