A Simple Offering

Over the last thirty years. Life taught me many things.
Through love, loss, illness, fear, and moments when I did not know how to go forward.

What helped me most was not a complicated system.
It was something simpler:

To notice what was here.
To stop fighting what was here.
To meet what was here with kindness.

I learned that harsh inner words add suffering.
Gentle inner words create space.

So I leave this practice as a small offering:

“There is ______.”

“This is my ______.”

“My ______, you are welcome here.”

You do not have to believe anything for this to help.
You do not have to do it perfectly.
You only have to be willing not to abandon yourself.

If these words support you, I am grateful.
If they do not, please take what helps from elsewhere.
