not denial, not rejection, and not abandonment—
but seeing what is here and meeting it with care.

Open: This belongs to life. This can be held.
Bless: May this be met with love and dignity.

As Loving Self-Talk

In loving self-talk, blessing begins with seeing:

There is despair.

This is my despair.

My despair, you are welcome here.

Love begins with staying.
